Invoice 275360 from Registered Office (UK) Ltd for MEMORA. I paid to register this company, Memora Ltd and have had a problem that as a 73 year old Brit born and bred the government could not tell who I am!! Had about 20 companies in past without any problems. After a few days I checked that the name had been registered and noticed that anyone could still purchase the name having spent time on a website and paperwork so at this point I asked for my money back and was told they would withold £10 but they still have not returned my money

I have been trying for 4 months to use their system and there are 3 parts to take photograph. Managed 2 but always fails on 3rd part. If you wear glasses in everyday life you have aproblem reading small messages on screen. Last time I had to put glasses on and just when I was trying to read the circle started moving and when it finished it told me I dont match my passport photo. I see so many people complained.
